Tell us what your move needs
Share your arrival and departure dates, number of guests, preferred area, and whether a pet will be travelling with you. If you need a workspace, several bedrooms, or a particular amenity, mention it early. We will help you narrow the choices rather than leave you to guess from the photos.
If your permanent housing date is uncertain, tell us what you know now. Ask about your likely length of stay and any possible extension before making a reservation. An extension always depends on availability; it is not held automatically with your initial booking.
Keep your reservation clear
Review the total price, payment details, cancellation terms, and house rules for your selected dates before confirming. Different plans need different arrangements, especially when orders, work dates, or housing timelines are still developing.
If your stay will be reimbursed, confirm eligibility, documentation, and limits with your approving office before booking. E8 is privately operated accommodation, not government lodging. We do not promise military reimbursement, a government rate, or base affiliation.

Can I stay for several weeks or months?
E8 welcomes enquiries for short and extended stays. Check the calendar for your preferred home or contact us with your full date range. Availability and the price for your dates must be confirmed before booking; a home available for a weekend may not be available for a full month.
Which home is best for a family moving to the area?
Serene Views offers five bedrooms and sleeps up to ten in Schertz. Zenful Affirmations has two bedrooms and sleeps up to five in San Antonio. The Ambience and Regal Hideaway each have one bedroom and sleep up to three. Compare the bed arrangements, location, and amenities against your household’s needs.
Can I bring a pet?
Our homes offer pet-friendly options. Check the specific property’s rules, any applicable charges, and whether your pet can be accommodated before you reserve. Tell us about your pet when asking for help choosing a home.
What if my orders or move dates change?
Contact us as soon as your plans change. Any modification depends on the reservation’s terms and available dates. Review the cancellation policy before booking, and do not assume that a change in orders automatically changes the cancellation or payment terms.
Do all homes have a private pool?
No. Serene Views has a private pool. The San Antonio apartments have access to community pool amenities, subject to their property rules and availability. Each home page identifies the amenities for that stay.
